We are located on the Olympic Peninsula in western Washington on 19.6 acres with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains, and only 20 minutes, halfway between the towns of Sequim and Port Angeles. Our property has mixed forests of alder, pine, and fir trees, as well as meadows with native grasses. The home was originally built in 1996 as a single family home. We purchased the property in 2004 and completed a variety of landscaping projects and home updates. The house is 4,600 sq ft. with 5 bedrooms and 5 private bathrooms. The granite, 8ft by 6ft, tiled center island provides a work surface for many hands!
